We want you to feel confident ordering a digital report. Because each AI-generated BaZi / Eastern astrology report is created individually from the details you submit, the policy below explains when refunds and corrections apply.

1. Before Delivery

If you have paid but your personalized report has not yet been generated or delivered, you may request a full refund before it is delivered to your email.

2. After Delivery

Once a personalized report has been generated and emailed, it is a completed digital service. If something went wrong - you did not receive it, received the wrong product, found that the content was incomplete, or provided birth details that need correction - contact us within 14 days. We will review the case and may provide a corrected report, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the issue.

3. Satisfaction

Reports are for entertainment and self-reflection. If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of your report, reach out within 14 days and we will work with you toward a fair resolution, which may include a corrected report, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.

4. How to Request

Email xiaocuiworkspace@gmail.com with your order email, the approximate date of purchase, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Payment Processing

Approved refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment method. Processing times depend on PayPal and your bank.
